Body Language - ONE DAY RESERVATION

Explore your strength —

September 13 & 14, 2025 | The Treehouse, Flint Hill, VA

The Retreat

Body Language is a two-day retreat designed to help you move with more awareness, strength, and ease. Through yoga, kettlebells, and intentional coaching, we’ll explore how to listen to your body, respond to its cues, and build trust in its wisdom.

You’ll practice yoga on the yoga deck at The Treehouse, surrounded by trees and sky, followed by strength training that connects each movement to breath and alignment. Each day focuses on a different area of the body — Day 1 centers on grounding and lower body power, Day 2 highlights endurance and upper body strength.

Together, we’ll also explore practices like medical astrology and intuitive body communication—tools that help you understand the bigger picture of how your body moves, feels, and speaks to you.

You’ll leave feeling more fluent in the language of your body: confident, aligned, empowered, and connected.

Schedule + Flow

Arrival begins at 9:00–9:30 AM, giving you time to settle in with coffee, tea, and light snacks before we begin.

Each day includes:

  • Yoga Flow — A grounding and energizing practice to open the body and prepare for strength work.

  • Strength Training — Kettlebells and bodyweight drills, taught with cues that connect breath, alignment, and stability.

  • Brunch + Integration Conversation — A nourishing meal together, paired with space to ask questions, learn about medical astrology, and open dialogue with Sarah and Gina around movement, alignment, and body awareness.

  • Integration Flow — A closing session tying together the day’s focus. This may include asana, strength, balance work, or inversions, depending on the group’s needs. The emphasis is less on “achieving” and more on feeling strong, aligned, and supported in your own body.

Guided group offerings wrap around 3:00 PM. Afterward, you’re welcome to enjoy the farm at your own pace—wander the trails, visit the animals, sit by the pond, or dip into the cold plunge for a refreshing close to the day.

A detailed day-of schedule will be sent to all registered participants.

Additional Info

These retreats take place on a lived-in, working family farm — a space that’s real, warm, and full of life. While our retreat gatherings will have their own dedicated area, you may see (or hear!) family members, animals, and the everyday rhythms of the land throughout the day.

We invite you to come prepared for a full outdoor experience — that means sunshine, breezes, bugs, wildlife, and whatever else the weather brings. Think of it as part of the magic.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothes for movement

  • Walking shoes or boots for the trails

  • A change of clothes if you plan to swim or explore

  • Natural bug spray, sunscreen, and anything else you'd pack for a day outside

You’re welcome to make yourself at home — we’ll have access to the house for bathroom use, water, breaks, and anything else you may need.
There’s WiFi, outlets, and even an electric car charger on-site.

We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and supported throughout your time here.

Cancellation Policy

Because these retreats are small and intentionally curated, each spot matters — and we plan food, space, and supplies for every registered guest.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your retreat date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund, unless we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist. In that case, we’re happy to issue a full refund.

Life happens — we get it. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We’ll do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
