Connect — A Mini Retreat Series

June 21 • July 19 • August 23
The Treehouse | Flint Hill, VA

It’s all about connection.

And simplicity.

Waking up, getting in your car, and just driving.
Arriving somewhere quiet. Letting the world fall away as you step into nature.
Unlocking that serenity that’s always within reach — but so often feels just out of touch.

Welcome to The Treehouse.

Tucked into the woods on a 152-acre private farm, about 1.5 hours from DC, The Treehouse is a lived-in family home that’s anything but a typical retreat center — and that’s the point.

You’ll practice yoga on a wide open deck surrounded by trees and sky. You’ll eat food made with love — fresh eggs from our chickens, baked goods from a local Sperryville bakery, nourishing snacks sourced from nearby farms. There are walking trails to explore, horses and chickens to meet, and a spring-fed pond if you feel like jumping in.

We’ll begin the day together with a soul-filled yoga practice, followed by a grounding meditation and sound healing led by Dani. You’ll be invited to connect to the land, your breath, your own rhythm — without distraction.
We’re gently encouraging phones to be tucked away (maybe even left in the car). It’s just a few hours — enough to remember what it feels like to really be here.

We'll share slow, nourishing food, sip tea, and have open conversation. Astrology, intuition, and nature will guide our flow — including a collective check-in on what’s happening in the universe and how we feel it moving through us.

There’s space for community, and there’s space for solitude.
You can wander the land, lay in the grass, swim, or visit the farm animals.
You can hike nearby trails in Shenandoah after the retreat wraps — we’re happy to recommend some local favorites.

This is a day to come back to yourself.
To unplug from the noise.
To feel the warmth of summer and the softness of presence.

Each gathering will carry its own vibe and energy. You can come to one, or move through the entire season with us.

This isn’t an escape — it’s a return.
To your body. To your breath. To the earth

Schedule + Flow

Each retreat day begins gently, with arrival between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, giving you time to settle in and take in the land.

We’ll share a full day of movement, meditation, grounding practices, and nourishing food, with our guided group offerings wrapping around 3:00 PM. After that, you’re invited to stay and enjoy the space with us — to wander the trails, relax by the pond, read, connect, or simply be.

We’ll be here — present, hosting, and holding space — if you’d like to linger a little longer.
A detailed day-of schedule will be sent to registered participants ahead of each retreat.

Optional Add-Ons

While we’ll be weaving astrology into our group conversations, if you’d like to dive deeper into your personal chart, we’re offering a limited number of one-on-one astrology readings during each retreat.

These sessions are an invitation to explore your unique chart, current transits, and any specific questions you might have — offered by Gina as part of her evolving practice.

  • Introductory Rate: $75

  • Limited to 1–2 readings per retreat

Dani will also be available for additional intuitive or energy work, which can be arranged directly with her prior to the retreat.

More details about these optional offerings will be shared via email in the week leading up to your retreat.

Additional Info

These retreats take place on a lived-in, working family farm — a space that’s real, warm, and full of life. While our retreat gatherings will have their own dedicated area, you may see (or hear!) family members, animals, and the everyday rhythms of the land throughout the day.

We invite you to come prepared for a full outdoor experience — that means sunshine, breezes, bugs, wildlife, and whatever else the weather brings. Think of it as part of the magic.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothes for movement

  • Walking shoes or boots for the trails

  • A change of clothes if you plan to swim or explore

  • Natural bug spray, sunscreen, and anything else you'd pack for a day outside

You’re welcome to make yourself at home — we’ll have access to the house for bathroom use, water, breaks, and anything else you may need.
There’s WiFi, outlets, and even an electric car charger on-site.

We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and supported throughout your time here.

Cancellation Policy

Because these retreats are small and intentionally curated, each spot matters — and we plan food, space, and supplies for every registered guest.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your retreat date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund, unless we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist. In that case, we’re happy to issue a full refund.

Life happens — we get it. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We’ll do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
