Join us for asingle day of movement, magic, and connectionat our peaceful mountain retreat in Stanardsville, VA. This pass gives you access to everything the retreat offers for the day—without an overnight stay.

You’ll spend your day in and around theyoga barn, surrounded by nature and community. Participate inmorning yoga, enjoygroup activities, take part in aguided hike or afternoon ritual, and sharedelicious, nourishing mealsprepared on-site.

Included with your day pass:

  • Morning yoga + breathwork practice in the yoga barn

  • Access to all group offerings and workshops for the day

  • Guided hike or optional afternoon activity

  • Two full meals (plus snacks + drinks throughout the day)

  • A30-minute personalized astrology chart session with Gina, scheduled after the retreat

Please note: This pass is for daytime access only and does not include overnight accommodations. You're welcome to arrange your own nearby lodging if you'd like to attend for multiple days—we’re happy to offer local recommendations.

Come for the day, drop into presence, and return home refreshed..

This shared cabin will serve as a central gathering space during the retreat. While all yoga and workshops will take place in the nearby barn, we'll use the cabin for shared meals, casual hangouts, and quiet moments throughout the day. Bedrooms are private, but bathrooms and common areas—including the kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces—will be shared among retreat guests.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to balance flexibility with the commitments we've made in planning this retreat. The following cancellation policy applies only to guests reserving a cabin room. Campers and day guests are not subject to the same terms, as these accommodations do not require the same level of advance commitment.

Deposit:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your private room.

Cancellation Timeline for Cabin Guests:

  • Cancel on or before September 7, 2025:
    All payments, minus the $500 deposit, will be refunded.

  • Cancel between September 8 – October 6, 2025:
    A refund (minus deposit) is only possible if we are able to rebook your spot.

  • Cancel on or after October 7, 2025:
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to venue and planning commitments.

Flexibility for Extenuating Circumstances:
We know life happens. If something unexpected arises, please reach out—we’re committed to handling changes with compassion and care.

Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case of illness, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Our goal is to make your retreat experience smooth and supportive, even if plans need to shift.
