Day Retreat Options Available

Disconnect to find peace. Move to release. Restore and find balance.

We’re heading back to the Blue Ridge for our second annual Restore retreat—this time with more room to breathe, move, and connect. Our retreat home includes two cozy cabins and a dedicated yoga barn, all nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just outside Stanardsville, VA. Set beside a babbling creek and a picturesque pond, this tranquil property invites you to unwind—whether you're stargazing from the hot tub, making s’mores by the firepit, or lounging with a good book. Enjoy peaceful walks through the creek, explore nearby trails (including access to Shenandoah National Park), and soak in the calming natural beauty all around.

Each day will offer extended morning yoga sessions with movement, breath-work, and relaxation, plus an energetically aligned yoga workshop focused on extended release and connection.

We have six luxe rooms available in our shared cabins, along with options for camping, booking nearby accommodations, or joining us just for the day—come as you are, and stay in whatever way feels right for you.

Our Cabins

  • The Buckhorn

A beautiful, authentic log cabin perched on Taylor Mountain, The Buckhorn overlooks the Entry Run stream with scenic views of the Blue Ridge and valley below. Designed for comfort and ease, it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, porch, patio, and grill, or curl up inside with rustic touches and thoughtfully curated details throughout. A peaceful, welcoming space to rest and reset.

  • Idyllwood

Nestled beside a quiet creek and a serene pond, Idylwood is a peaceful, light-filled retreat space designed to help you slow down and recharge. This charming cabin includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting common spaces for rest and connection. Outside, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and open space to wander or creek-walk. With cozy furnishings and a calm, natural setting, Idylwood is a place where rest and rejuvenation come easy.

The Experience

Yoga

Begin each day with an extended morning practice that blends movement, breathwork, and deep rest. These sessions are rooted in Gina’s signature two-hour format—intuitive and unhurried, designed to build heat, release tension, and guide you toward full-body restoration. Expect to move, sweat, and leave your mat feeling clear and grounded.

Hiking

Connect with the land through a variety of hike options. We'll enjoy one longer, moderate group hike (4–6 miles) with time for views, snacks, and connection. Two shorter out-and-back-style walks will also be offered—ideal for waterfall spotting or quiet forest time. Routes will be shared in advance, so you can choose your own pace and adventure.

Moon & Magic

Tap into the energy of the lunar cycle through an astrologically inspired lunar flow, followed by a moon-centered group offering led by Dani—this may take the form of a ceremony, guided meditation, or magical group class (TBD). We’ll explore seasonal astrology as a group and create space to reflect, release, and realign with what matters most.

Healing and Insight

Journaling and meditation will be woven throughout our time together—offered as optional morning or evening rituals to support introspection and clarity. Gina will share astrology insights for the collective and season, and offer discounted 1:1 chart readings by request. Dani will also offer one 30-minute session to each participant, with the option to book additional time or services.

Nourishment

Our meals will be nourishing, delicious, and crafted with love. Gina’s husband—who brings years of professional kitchen and catering experience—will be preparing two full meals each day, with snacks always available. We'll tailor the menu to the group’s needs and share one extra-fun dinner: handmade pizza night, following a relaxed visit to a nearby brewery (imbibing optional, good company guaranteed).

Cabins & Camping

We’ll be staying at The Buckhorn and Idyllwood Cabins, two cozy, rustic-chic homes nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge. Each cabin has its own charm, outdoor gathering spaces, and access to the dedicated yoga barn. We have six private rooms available, plus options for camping or staying off-site. You’re also welcome to join as a day guest—come for what you need, in the way that works for you.
