It’s all about connection…

And simplicity — waking up, getting in your car, and just driving. Arriving somewhere and fully submerging yourself in nature. Unlocking that serenity that’s always within reach, though we so often forget how to access it.

Welcome to the Treehouse.

Located about 1.5 hours from DC, on a private family farm, you’ll find our little Treehouse — tucked just enough into the trees to feel secluded. It’s not a retreat center or a rental. It’s a lived-in, much-loved family home, a place that’s held a lot of life and carries a quiet kind of magic.

But the magic is real here. It lives in the breeze through the trees, in the sun on the deck, in the horses grazing nearby and the birds that always seem to be talking to you. It invites you to breathe a little deeper, notice a little more, and simply be.

We’ll practice yoga outside, soak up the quiet, and share farm-fresh food from a favorite Sperryville bakery. You can walk the trails, meet the animals, dip your toes (or your whole self) in the pond. We’ll spend part of the day together connecting and the resting however you need — with options to explore the area or simply lay in the grass and do nothing at all.

This isn’t about checking out — it’s about checking in. To nature. To your body. To what matters.

You’re invited.

  • Movement

We’ll begin the day outside on the yoga deck — surrounded by trees, with the natural rhythm of the land all around us. This practice won’t follow the structure of a typical studio class. It’s slower, more spacious, and intentionally designed to support you in feeling grounded, connected, and present.

Expect a blend of strength and movement, breathwork, and stillness. You’ll be encouraged to move how you need to move, to listen in, and to stay open to whatever comes up.

  • Grounding

After movement, we’ll shift into stillness. Dani will guide a grounding practice to help you settle deeply into the space — connecting with the earth, your body, and the quiet wisdom that’s already within you.

With sound healing woven in, this session invites deep rest and recalibration. The vibrations of sound and the stillness of nature create a supportive atmosphere for integration and renewal.

It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

  • Connection

This retreat is an invitation to be here — fully.

We’ll gently encourage phones off (or left in the car) so we can truly tune in: to each other, to the surroundings, to the vibe of the day. This time is about being outside in its fullness, sharing space, stories, and silence.

Expect fresh local food, warm conversation, and a little astrology to help us ground into the moment and reflect on the wider world around us. There’s space for connection, and just as much room for quiet.

“There are books to be read; landscapes to be walked; friends to be with; life to be fully lived.”
